Brick Row is the perfect combination of style and functionality for my daughter and I! The community is very quiet, modern, and beautiful with wonderful neighbors and an excellent staff. We feel right at home here and intend on being here for years to come.

I have lived here from almost the opening and from day one till a year and half later the service and up keep has been spectacular. I have never had a problem here and it doesn't seem like an apartment in the sense I never see or anyone. This place has remained new, clean and quiet which is pretty rare considering how apartment living can go, but the staff here has managed to make this happen with no doubt in my mind that it will stay this way. I could rave for hours about these apartments and it's staff! With the location so centralized in Richardson and the highway system as well at the Dart Rail, you'd have to be crazy to not at least take a look and check them out!

Location is excellent and office staff is extremely friendly and very professional. There does need to be a better system of picking up packages in the office. Recently, I had a difficult time retrieving a package that was left for me in the office. Fedex left the package with a resident while the office staff was out on property showing apartments to perspective residents. I don't fully fault the office for this but when I went to go get my package, there was no checkout log of packages once they had been picked up and no way to track if someone else got it by mistake. I know this was just a fluke/mix-up but it seems like there needs to be a better system in place to track packages once they arrive. No other problems!

Its very nice comunity, but I feel it would be good if we arrange any events at lease for every 3months.

The staff are consistently friendly and helpful. The custodial help is thorough and keeps the premises sparkling clean. I have been very impressed with the hallways being cleaned (carpets look amazing!) and the pool area. Not only clean, but I see the staff disinfecting it every Monday. Thanks! The only thing that needs improvement is the sound. I can hear every conversation from neighbors on each side of my apartment as well as each person walking through the hallway. My neighbors are very respectful, so it hasn't been too much of a problem.

I'd tell them that the apartments are very nice. It's very quiet where I live. Staff is professional and more than pleasant. The location is great. It's easy access to 75 and the Red Line to make commuting a breeze.

The leasing staff is wonderful! Angela, Junea, Chessney, Kailyn, and Josh are very attentive and care very much about all the tenants. The maintenance staff goes out of their was to take care of everyone's needs. The place is beautiful, price is affordable, excellent amenities and most of all the location is great!

Almost like living in a resort. The club and pool area are awesome, quiet courtyards with seating and BBQ pits etc... More than Adequate areas for pets and children. Easy access to the DART.

Nice living at Brick Row. People are friendly, maintenance repairs done quickly. Just wish the construction would start a little later than 6:30 am!

The only thing I would change is maybe adding speed bumps in the parking lot. Alot of times people fly through the parking lot and there hasn't been a crash yet but I bet unless something is done there will be soon. Also another thing I would add is BIGGER mirrors in the garage as well. The ones you have up to see oncoming traffic are pretty small.

Great people running the place, very helpful and accomodating! We are happy with everything EXCEPT the quality in construction :(. Everything else is perfect!
